Michael Lane is a Registered Chartered Engineer and trades as a Planning & Design Consultant.
Sean Cotter is a Chartered Engineer (B.E., M.B.A., F.I.E.I., M.I.C.E) who jointly formed Lane Planning & Design in 2003.

Home Renovation Scheme
The Home Renovation Scheme has been further extended until Dec 31 2018
This scheme enables homeowners to claim tax relief on extensions to their homes and may include more living space, an additional bedroom, a sun-room, a conservatory, a porch, an attic conversion, etc. A tax credit of up to €4,050 can be claimed for works up to a value of €30,000
